Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Valueatorpro: the web app, the browser extension, and the audits, scores, and suggestions they produce. By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Valueatorpro is

Valueatorpro reads the LinkedIn profile page you're viewing (your own, or another public profile you choose to compare against) and generates an Influence Score, evidence-based findings, and rewrite suggestions, all grounded in the actual text on that page. It does not invent achievements, metrics, or quotes on your behalf. Pro accounts also get AI chat guidance for interview and career questions, similarly limited to what you and your audit history actually contain.

We never post, publish, or submit anything to LinkedIn for you. If you apply a suggested rewrite, the extension fills it into LinkedIn's own edit field. You review it and save it yourself.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Your content

The profile text and other information you submit for an audit stays yours. You grant us a license to process it solely to run the audit and provide the results back to you. We don't use it to train models, sell it, or share it with anyone outside the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

No guaranteed outcomes

Valueatorpro's scores and suggestions are analysis, not professional career, legal, or employment advice, and we don't guarantee any specific result: more profile views, interview callbacks, connections, or job offers. You decide what to do with the findings; we're not responsible for outcomes from changes you choose to make (or not make) to your LinkedIn profile.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the extension or service in a way that violates LinkedIn's own Terms of Service. You're responsible for your own compliance with LinkedIn as a platform.
• Use the service to scrape, bulk-audit, or harvest other people's profiles beyond the normal one-at-a-time "compare" feature.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent the service's usage limits.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it for other users.

Valueatorpro is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

Billing and subscriptions

• Single audit — $9.99. A one-time purchase that grants one audit credit. It doesn't expire and doesn't auto-renew.
• Pro — $29/month. Includes up to 30 audits and 300 AI chat messages per month, on a rolling monthly cycle. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• All payments are processed by PayPal. Valueatorpro never sees or stores your card or bank details.
• You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing and ends Pro access immediately; we don't prorate or credit the unused portion of the current billing period.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support@jadxbuild.com.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Valueatorpro is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valueatorpro and its owners aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use Valueatorpro after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
